Vision can feel good before the drop course is done

After ICL surgery, you may be given antibiotic drops, anti-inflammatory drops, steroid drops, or artificial tears for a fixed period. The exact plan depends on your clinic, but it is common for several bottles to overlap.

Because ICL recovery can feel straightforward once vision clears, it is easy to forget that the drop schedule still matters. Treat each bottle as a separate mini-prescription with its own start and end.

Build the schedule bottle by bottle

• Confirm which eye or both eyes
• Record daily frequency and duration
• Keep spacing instructions visible when using several drops

Do not reuse drops from a previous surgery or extend a course because a bottle still has liquid left. Follow the current post-op sheet.
